Good wear resistance: Since the ceramic lined tee pipe is corundum ceramic, its hardness can reach 9.0, which is equivalent to HRC 90. Therefore, it is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, mining, coal, and other industries.

Low running resistance: The inner surface of the ceramic tee pipe is smooth and will not be corroded, unlike the convex helix on the inner surface of the seamless steel pipe, the flatness of the inner surface of the test device is better than that of any metal pipe, and the gap resistance coefficient is 0.0193, slightly lower For seamless pipes, it has the characteristics of low operating resistance, which can reduce operating costs.

How to Avoid Ceramic Falling Off

1. The wear-resistant ceramic patch is pasted to the surface of the steel part, and the rust removal must be thorough. In order to obtain a good construction effect, the steel part must be pretreated by sandblasting. It is also necessary to wipe the steel surface with acetone to achieve a certain degreasing and ash removal effect;

2. Pay attention to the proportion of wear-resistant ceramic glue, the proportion of glue is not suitable and cannot reach the predetermined viscosity;

3. The wear-resistant ceramic glue needs to be applied evenly. After the construction is completed, it should be gently tapped with a rubber hammer to ensure that the construction surface is flat;

4. Pay attention to the working temperature before construction of wear-resistant ceramics, and choose glues with different temperature resistance at different temperatures, otherwise the wear-resistant ceramic patches will easily fall off as the temperature rises;
