Cast Basalt lining is a low cost wear solution most commonly used in coal handling preparation plants (CHPP).
The basalt liners are manufactured by melting volcanic rock, basaltic slag combined with binding agents, then casting to form different shapes, mainly standard size cylinders. We hold stocks of 20mm thick basalt cylinders in commonly used sizes from 150NB to 600NB.
Cast basalt is well proven as a good wear material when compared to traditional lining of steel, rubber and polyurethane. We recommend its use for straight pipe lining in combination with alumina ceramic lining for bends, tee’s and reducers.
ASTM Steel Plate
ASTM steel plate accord to the grades are those that meet the exacting standards for specific grades of steel developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials.
Wear resistant ceramics
At the same time, the wear resistant ceramics lining elbow is a non-metallic lining material with ultra-high hardness.
What are the classifications of wear-resistant pipe materials?
Wear-resistant pipes are mainly used for material conveying pipes such as pneumatic and pumping slurry.
Do you know about wear-resistant ceramic pipe flanges?
Flanges are used in pairs. In wear-resistant ceramic pipeline engineering, flanges are mainly used for wear-resistant ceramic pipeline connections.
Do you know the difference between ceramic pump tubes and alloy pump tubes?
Because it is called concrete pump pipe, the pump pipe is divided into two types: truck pump pipe and ground pump pipe according to the scope of use.
What are the types of wear-resistant ceramic lined pipes?
The following is a brief introduction to several pipeline processes.
