Product Features

Wear resistance: The alumina content in the wear-resistant ceramic sheet is greater than 92%, the hardness HRA is ≥ 85, and the wear resistance is ten times higher than that of quenched carbon steel, which is better than that of tungsten-cobalt carbide;

Corrosion resistance: The wear-resistant ceramic sheet can resist various inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, etc., and the corrosion resistance is more than ten times that of stainless steel;

High-temperature resistance: The ceramic layer is dense corundum, its expansion coefficient is 6-8*10-6/℃, it has excellent heat resistance, can run at 350℃ for a long time, and can meet the general working conditions;

Staggered seam pasting: The pasting technology is advanced, and the wrong seam pasting method is adopted along the flow direction of the medium to avoid the formation of grooves and gaps along the wind direction.

Production Process

1 Clean the surface, sand, and dust. In order to ensure the sticking effect of the ceramic sheet, the sticking position of the pipe should be finely polished before installation to remove rust, and the surface should be cleaned with alcohol and related thinners to ensure that the surface is clean.
2 Adhesive formulation Prepare the viscose according to the proportion and try to use it within half an hour. Before use, be sure to stir well to ensure that the ingredients are fully mixed. When applying glue, it should be applied evenly, the adhesive surface and sides should be covered with glue, and there should be no glue leakage.
3 Viscose curing After the adhesive is applied, press firmly and fill the gap between the tiles when applying the porcelain. After the porcelain is applied, it needs to be cured for 24-48 hours before use.

1In the process of handling and installation, the wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe needs to be handled with care to avoid violent collisions and hard objects hitting the ceramic end face.
2When installing the tile lining elbow, the center line of the ceramic pipe should be aligned with the center line of the pipe to be connected, and the height of the connecting part should be leveled to ensure that the two ends are connected accurately, and the end surface misalignment should be controlled within 1 mm.
3The wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe has strict directionality in the way of porcelain affixing inside the pipe. When installing the ceramic pipe, the direction of the conveyed fluid and the connection gap should be consistent according to the technical requirements, so as to reduce the erosion and wear of the pipe.
4Most of the wear-resistant ceramic patch pipelines transport fluids such as powder, gas, and liquid. In order to ensure safe transportation, it is necessary to strictly check the tightness of their connections during installation to prevent fluid leakage.
5In order to prevent the flange from rusting or wearing during transportation and storage, we need to oil the flange and cover it with a protective cap to protect the flange.
6Wear-resistant ceramic patch pipes need to be numbered according to the drawings to avoid errors and omissions during production and installation.
7In the process of installing the wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe, it should be installed from both ends to the middle, which is convenient for adjustment, and the accumulated error should also be considered during installation, which should be eliminated by pipe adjustment before the installation is completed.
8In order to increase the firmness of the flange connection, try to weld the lifting lugs at the port of the wear-resistant ceramic patch pipe.
