The ceramic sleeve lined pipe is sintered at 1700 ℃ as a whole, and the density, hardness and wear resistance are greatly improved. The service life is several times that of ordinary steel, and it has strong corrosion resistance. The lining is used inside wear-resistant pipes, especially suitable for small diameter lithium power station pipelines. The overall wear-resistant ceramic pipes or ceramic sleeve lined pipes made of them have very strong corrosion resistance, tight connections, smooth inner walls, and are not easy to accumulate materials.
The ceramic sleeve lined pipe is composed of steel pipe layer, viscose filling layer and ceramic anti-wear layer from outside to inside.
1. Steel pipe layer: The elbow is formed by SUS304/316 integral hot simmer bending. Compared with welded elbows, it has a beautiful appearance, smooth airflow and stronger pressure resistance.
2. Viscose layer: special viscose for ceramics, strong shear force and good construction.
3. Ceramic layer: Customize the radian according to the curvature radius of the elbow, and each section of the ceramic tube is connected by the head and tail sockets.

Super corrosion resistance: There is no linear gap between the lining pipes, and the viscose filling layer has good acid and alkali resistance.
